FAQS

What do you do to provide an excellent client experience?

I’m committed to providing an exceptional client experience from the very beginning. As soon as you book me, we’ll get in touch to discuss what’s most important to you. I take a lot of pride in being available for my clients and making them feel at ease throughout the entire process—from planning to the big day. Photography aside, I would be more than happy to share wedding planning tips and resources that has helped my couples with the planning process. And closer to the wedding date, we will meet up to discuss your timeline and in turn, I will create a photography timeline to ensure you know what my plan is throughout your special day.

Do you shoot film or digital?

Both. Film is the medium I use to achieve my signature look: soft, romantic, and airy. Film is shot to be printed, and I’m a huge fan of printed photographs. I love the idea of filling blank walls with meaningful images. In addition, I shoot on a professional grade digital camera to produce images that match the look and feel of film. Using both mediums provides the best of both worlds: timeless photos and the efficiencies of today’s technology.

What collections do you offer?

We offer various collections curated to meet the needs of our couples. We also understand that there may not be a one size fit all so we also offer customized collections catered to your needs. Our wedding packages start at $4,500. Please kindly contact us for more information.

Do you travel for destination or international weddings?

I would love to capture your special day abroad. I evaluate each opportunity on a case by case basis. Please inquiry for customized packages for destination weddings.

What equipment do you use?

We shoot with both film and digital Canon 35mm cameras. We also shoot film on Contax medium format and 35mm cameras. We always bring backups and take every measure to ensure our equipment is fully functional.

How many images will we receive?

I value quality over quantity, but rest assured, I will capture all the moments of your special day. Generally speaking, I provide 60-80 images per hour of photography coverage. Clients are happy with the number of photos they receive, as they get a comprehensive capture of the entire day without have to sort through hundreds of nearly identical images.

What is your usual turnaround time?

Within one week of the wedding, I provide my clients with 10-15 preview images so they can share their special event on social media if they’re so inclined. For the complete set, I’ve found the right balance of quality and speed so I can deliver final images within two months. This includes enough time to 1) develop all film images at the lab and 2) edit each image for exceptional quality and consistency.

How do you deliver your images?

I create online galleries for all clients where they can view, download, share, and order prints—all in one place. The galleries store the images for 10 years, but clients typically download and save their copies locally and in the cloud.

How do I confirm my wedding date?

After you select a collection or bespoke collection, we will prepare a photography contract for your review. Your date is secured as soon as you review and sign the contract and deposit 50% of your total contract amount. The remaining balance is due a week before the wedding.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept cash, check, and payments through Google Pay, Paypal or Venmo.
